One of my customers, an ex crisco employee, told me he left when it became
a *policy* to push products out on time regardless of whether or not they
were ready. People want features...we do it too, but if you have to pay for
upgrades (BSDI is another example...if you want 3COM card drivers that
work, you have to pay for the fixes) then its a big problem.
