You write back and say something like:

	If you want us to search out files for you, there will be a charge of $xxx
per hour for our services.  It is not our legal or moral responsibility to
do a search of all our files on your behalf (or anyone else's behalf).  It
is your responsibility to indicate specific files (including exact file
locations) of any files that are suspect, and why those files are suspect
(providing proof of your copyright for the contents identified in each
file).  When you have properly fulfilled your duties to clearly identify
suspect files, we will properly fulfill our duties to remove them.

or

	We are happy to work with you to remove any properly identified files that
are properly proven to infringe on your copyright.  When you have properly
identified specific files (including exact file locations), let us know and
provide proof of your copyright on the specific file contents, and we will
comply with the law.

To aid your efforts in this endeavor, a properly identified file may be
fully described in this fashion:

The graphic image depicting a young Darth Vader, in the file located at
http://www.domain.com/~username/starwars/secretfiles/darth.gif
This image is copyright (name, date, location copyright is filed if such
filing exists).

(run it past your lawyers first, duh.  IANAL)
