for some reason i dong think you included all of deb ppp nego. also..
enable 'service time d d m' so we can see timestamps of what is happening
when.

this concerns me... and again i would have to see timestamps on these
messages and try to figure out what kind of traffic it is. there have been
a couple of bugs with async mppp because other protocol traffic (cdp for
instance) was using the async interface to transmit packets instead of the
virtualized mppp interface. does that happen everytime you ping? if it
does.. can you ping through the router and avoid that message? or does it
just happen when you ping the router. do more research on why this happens
and include it with timestamps.

where is the rest of deb ppp nego? i need _full_ debugs to properly
analyze this.

Send 'unsubscribe' in the body to 'list-request@inet-access.net' to leave.
Eat sushi frequently. inet@inet-access.net is the human contact address.
