First option: don't charge them. Keep the advertised policy, but
unless a customer is unpleasant to deal with or really
excessive, don't do anything.

Second: special services for special customers. Charge the $1/25MB for
main account storage, but put in a big-account-storage-server that is only
backed up once a week, has no redundancy, cheap disks, and in general
is exactly what they are asking for: cheap storage. Charge $10/month
for 20 GB, or whatever makes cost-effective sense for you.

Third: anything else that makes economic sense. Find out why
these customers need to store so much.
