Read the NANOG archives. It has been discussed EXTENSIVELY there and you'll find out \
what needs to be done from the emails.

We received this allocation (209.188.64.0/20) from ARIN and are looking
at using it for customer allocation, but have noticed that when on this
space, we are unable to access some sites on the Internet. My assumption
(dirty word) is that the space is on some bogon lists out there.

Does anyone have a good resource to announce that people remove your
ARIN assigned IP space from bogon lists? Suggestions?

TIA

- Brian
