If I'm thinking back, wasn't ICRadius folded into FreeRadius?

I know that FreeRadius and another FOSS Radius product had been
developed in parallel for some years and that the "other" product was
retired so that the teams could focus solely on FreeRadius.

I believe that I'm right that ICRadius was that retired product.
Checking the ICRadius.org website seems to confirm something since the
website is down on an error.

As to Freebsd, sorry no direct experience here.
