We have 3 techs on call, rotating weekly (ie, you are oncall once every
three weeks), and the oncall tech has to be on-site on Saturdays.  The
oncall tech gets an extra $150 in their paycheck for the week they are
oncall, and they get a half-day comp time for the Saturday.
