Thanks to whoever forwarded my message to the right person/people, this 
issue has been resolved.  I suspect the main problem may have been not 
knowing the right noc number to call, instead trying to call individual 
contacts (the ones who got our service setup) who are probably long 
gone...but at least the last time I called, still had functional (at least 
on the receiving side) voice mail boxes.
