I have a 7206VXR router that has been going down for 5-10 at a time for the
last few days. It doesn't reboot...MRTG shows that our interfaces such as
our ATM DS3 and Fast are being pegged. Of course, I can't get into the box
when it's happening and after it's happened there is no trace.

I have a modem hooked up to the Auxiliary port of the router...It normally
works, but when the problem happened, it seemed like there wasn't enough CPU
to allow me to do anything (nothing would come up at all).

Is there a way to dedicate CPU time to the auxiliary port?

Is there another way that I should be looking at this?

I would be willing to pay for someone's time to help us out.
