My brother, after all these years, is finally "considering" leaving his 
dialup AOL connection, and getting either Cable or DSL.

He's in BellSouth territory.  Davie, Florida, west of Ft. Lauderdale.

Any warnings or suggestions as to who might be good or bad there for 
ordinary home use?
