Greetings,
We have a very large customer that is looking for a single provider (us) to
provision a nationwide dialup program for them.  They are currently using a
mix of nationwide ISP's and the billing and support have become a nightmare.
Any good recommendations for nationwide wholesalers (we will need at least
5K ports to start)?
