Okay, I'll play.
One of the mailing lists I run has a member at Large Government Agency.
Said member from LGA sent an innocuous (plain ASCII text, no MIME) message
to the list -- from the LGA. The list of course distributed the message
to all its members, not altering it except to add the appropriate RFC 2919
headers and a two-line bit of boilerplate footer.
You guessed it: the mail system at LGA, which allowed the message to go
out, refused to let it back in, claiming that it had a virus.
