In Qwest territory, only a couple CO's are disclosed for this.  This should 
be on the Network Disclosures page of heir web site if BS maintains such a 
thing.  AFAIK under FCC regs they are supposed to.

A call to your PUC asking them about this might link you up with someone 
more helpful than the telco has.
