Here's the blurp from the seller:
MultiTech ISIHP-2U Hybrid PCI/2xBRI + 4xV.90
This is a barely used card in perfect condition.  It takes 2 ISDN input
lines and make 4 56k RAS lines on your server!  Very cool technology!  These
retail for about $1,000.00.  Get yours for you network now!  Windows 2000
drivers are available!  This will not be outdated, it is excellent.  See
their website: www.multitech.com.

I bought it on ebay, its still around somewhere!
