Their online webform for reporting network issues seems geared mainly towards
issues with customer dial-in numbers and email. They also tell you up-front
that the reports aren't actively monitored. They do provide various help
newsgroups, with a particular one on Mail, but it's not responding either, so
I would assume they know something is borked and are probably "working to
address the issue as quickly as possible." :)
