If you are worried about cost You should get the new VPNRouter by Linksys.
Very inexpensive, and is completely IPSEC compliant (I got a VPN working
between the Linksys and a Checkpoint Router.)

I believe they are ~$200 each, and have firewalling capabilities, along
with the ability to be a DHCP server and all that Jazz.
