Hi folks,

Thanks to those that replied to this.  It was a simple matter of adding "no
sync" to the BGP config on the Cisco boxes to get them to take the IBGP
routes from the Zebra box.

There are still some odd issues that I see with Zebra, but on the whole, it
looks quite promising, even as a low-cost router as opposed to just a
router-server or route-reflector.
