I just did a complete download of horde, imp and turba from CVS, and
reconfigured.  I'm still getting the problem with turba:

Fatal error: Failed opening required '../lib/Session.php' (include_path='') in
./lib/Turba.php on
line 4

And I'm still getting the problem with css.php; when I try to go to the New
User Introduction I get:

Not Found

The requested URL /css.php was not found on this server.
