If you are using the same connection as in Horde's general config,  
look at the example in backends.php. Otherwise, it's 'protocol' =>  
'unix' | 'tcp' and be sure to provide the other required parameters  
for the selected protocol. I.e., for 'unix' you also need to provide  
'socket' etc...
