No ouch here. Both stunnel and OpenSSL compile and run on NT. I
compiled them (both) myself and was able to run 'em just fine. As far
as I remember both of them have also precompiled binaries for Win32.

Compiled them with MSVC++5.0 on NT4 SP4.
