Folks,
Last minute debate seems to have subsided, with no consensus to make any
additional changes to draft 4 of the IMAP4 rev1 spec.

Accordingly, I propose to (finally) ask the Apps area directors to accept
draft 4 as a Proposed Standard replacing RFC-1730. 

Two clarifications have been suggested for either the RFC editing process
or when we go from Proposed Standard to Draft Standard, but are not
considered worth issueing a draft 05 for:
  o COPY order is unspecified
  o length of atoms and quoted strings

Anyone who believes there should be any further changes before submitting
the IMAP4 rev1 spec to IESG: please state your case to the list
immediately!  (Like by Monday for sure!)  No need to say anything if you
agree that we're ready to move ahead. 

Be nice to have a new RFC out before the IMC imap bakeoff! :)
