programs agains the Cyrus server.  Practically all clients so far have
screwed up in one way or another when they encountered untagged
EXPUNGE notifications outside of EXPUNGE commands.  In the Cyrus
server, such notifications occur (subject to the constraints in the
protocol spec) when a concurrent session issues an EXPUNGE.

The IMAP4 server running on cyrus.andrew.cmu.edu is available for
anybody to test against.  Use the user "anonymous", your e-mail
address as password.
