this works but may not be the most efficient.


uses the logo: image for background and texture_fabric.gif for texture




convert -size 720x194 xc:none -font candice -gravity center \
-pointsize 72 -annotate +3+0 "Anthony" -blur 0x5 \
-fill white  -tile texture_fabric.gif -annotate +0+0 "Anthony" \
\( +clone -background none -shadow 70x4+5+5 \) +swap \
-background none -flatten  -trim +repage  \
logo: +swap -gravity center -compose over -composite \
tmp5.gif
