Hi,

I have downloaded ImageMagick ver. 6.1.9 on
ImageMagick-6.1.9-Q16-windows-static.exe file.

I am trying to install under Windows 98.

I have install it, with ImageMagickObject support, but when the installer
try to register it in the registry show an error message.

All executables, convert, identify, etc., run OK, but the
ImageMagickObject.dll is not registered OK.

I have tryied to register  ImageMagickObject.dll from the command line in
DOS with

regsvr32 /c ImageMagickObject.dll

but I receive the following error message:

LoadLibrary("ImagemagickObject.dll") failed. GetLastError returns 0x00000485

Previously I have uninstalled the old version of this dll, 5.4.9.

Do I must install anymore? Can I execute it under Windows 98?

I have read that I need the runtime files for MSC 7. It is right? But I am
trying to install a static version of that dll. Do I need it?

Can anybody help me?
