You can't with any existing tool that I am aware of at this
time. Transparency in PDF is a new feature in PDF 1.4 and very few
tools support it at this time. Add to that support for clipping
paths in JPEG...
That said, you COULD do the following to get CLOSE to your
desired result...
Use ImageMagick to convert from the JPEG to TIFF, which also
supports CMYK and be sure to use the -clip command to get ImageMagick
to convert from teh clipping path in the JPEG to a transparency mask
in the TIFF. Then you can place the TIFF using PDFlib which knows
how to deal with TIFF masking.
That being said, I am working on adding PDF 1.4 transparency
generation directly to ImageMagick - but it's not there today...
