	Actually, you have that backwards ;).   The fact that the 
page is displayed properly in those PDF viewers AND has a /Rotate in 
it means that who/whatever create the page did so rotated (ie. take 
out the /rotate and then view the page!) and that the /Rotate is 
there to correct the generation error.
