ImageMagick 6.0.4-4 introduces the -repage operator suggested by Anthony
Thyssen when he noted that the page operator is a setting and there was no way
to reset a page geometry after an image was created.  The -repage option acts
as an operator and will reset the image page geometry on demand.  For example,

  convert rose.gif -repage 100x100+10+30 image.gif

Otherwise we have just a few bug fixes as follows:
  * Relinquish the wand id linked-list when all wands are destroyed.
  * Only scale FITS pixels if they are float/double.
  * Images with less than 256 unique colors, retain the exact colors.
    Previously some close colors were merged (e.g. 253 and 255 were averaged
    to 254).
