ImageMagick-6.0.3-4 is strictly a bug fix release and there is no reason
to download unless one of the fixes below affects you:

  * A bug was introduced in ImageMagick 6.0.3-3 where if a configuration file
    could not be found, an assertion was thrown instead of an error message.
  * The PerlMagick Evaluate() method no longer fails with an assertion error.
  * Restore -dSAFER for a more secure Ghostscript invocation.  We had to rework
    the Postscript coder a bit to get this define working again.

  * Do not report image depth unless the -verbose or -format %z option is used
    with the identify program.
