Hi,

PuduvaiLUG 4th meet was held last sunday (27th March).  This is was a great
meet for LUG members,

*Mr. Baskar Selvaraj, CEO, Linuxpert systems India *gave a wonderful session
for PuduvaiLUG  participants.

Happy to say, almost 25 members joined in this meet.

Discussion:

Explains about Open Source Softwares differentiate from
Proprietary softwares.
Explains about how Open Source helps at academic places like schools &
colleges.
How Open Source supports for Freshers who are searching for jobs?
How to contribute for FOSS?
Explains about his experience about FOSS labs setup in different colleges.

LUG participants was raised several questions to Baskar regarding Open
source, Programming languages, Installation, Source Code Fetching, etc.

He gave more guidelines to improve PuduvaiLUG by conducting seminars,
workshop, FOSS Lab setup in different schools & colleges.  And he is ready
to support for FOSS lab set up for any affiliated colleges under Pondicherry
University.

He have guides for requesting places into 3rd party like Govt place,
schools, colleges, etc

A Grand welcoming "VillupuramLUG (VlmLUG)" new Linux Users group started by
IFET college students at Villupuram, TN.

At the end of the meet, he said,

"*Linuxpert systems will always support for PuduvaiLUG*"


A great thanks to Mr. Basker who gave supportive session for PuduvaiLUG
