The following opportunities are available for placement in Singapore,

1. Engineer (Kernel)

C, Linux kernel, monitor/boot-loader, OS/driver porting, low level
debugging using jtag, kgdb, kprobes. Understanding embedded hardware,
ARM soc.
Total Exp: 2-6 yr
Relevant Exp: 1-2yr

2. Engineer (Device Driver)

C, Linux kernel, OS/driver porting, low level debugging using jtag,
kgdb, kprobes, Linux device driver programming (SPI, I2C, SDIO, NAND,
LCD, USB).

Total Exp: 2-6 yr
Relevant Exp: 1-2yr

3. Freshers

C, C++, Data Structure, Operating System Concepts, Linux/Unix System
Programming (OSS contribution)

Some more points:

- Self starter.

- Ready to work in start-up environment.

- Preference given to open source contributors.

- Solid understanding of core Computer Science and Operating System design.

- CS grads or EE grads with excellent programming skills.

- Prior experience in working with mobile handsets, set-top-box

- Familiarity with ARM architecture
