These look good, no pan/tilt but ONVIF certified for the Pro model. Not as
cheap as the last recommendation but you get what you pay for, see specs for
pixels, lens, network compression (which may be important to you) compared
to others.

 

They do have an Irish Distributor but by the time you purchase via a
reseller it would be cheaper to buy direct off their web for a single unit.

 

Two varieties - a standard and a Pro one.
