Just want to say thanks to everyone who has contributed comment in the
past to the notion of an opensource postcode. As you no doubt know,
the government, although dragging its heels, is barreling down the
road of spending a fortune on a proprietary code.

The sad part is that I don't think they'll ever know that they are
being duped. It's not a complicated problem. The solution to a
geolocation-based postcode is quite simple; though the problem may be
getting anyone to realise.

Review from suitably qualified professionals would be useful at this stage.
