I use KDE KMail+BogoFilter+SpamAssassin.  KMail has quite nice spam 
filter support, it's all click+drool to setup ("Tools/Anti-Spam 
Wizard") and use (providing GUI buttons for ongoing filter training and
little vumeters of how spammy each email has been judged by the 
filters).

I also classify all HTML mails as spam before they even hit the more
intelligent filters. :-)
