The IESG has received a request from the Session Initiation Proposal 
Investigation WG to consider the following document:

- 'Framework and Security Considerations for Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) 
   Uniform Resource Identifier (URI)-List Services '
   <draft-ietf-sipping-uri-services-05.txt> as a Proposed Standard

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits
final comments on this action.  Please send any comments to the
iesg@ietf.org or ietf@ietf.org mailing lists by 2006-03-03.
