PM machine with tz of DFT ?
Hi,
I'm using ICU 2.8. I'm using a SimpleDateFormat for formatting the date. As
you can see from below, the same binary execute on two different TZ
machine, gave inconsistent behavior. The one returned from PDT is correct
or matched that returned by "date",
while the one from DFT is off by an hour.
I did not change the timezone after creating the SimpleDateFormat object.
Any idea why this is the case?
on AIX and LINUX at PDT:

Fri Jun 18 14:14:39 PDT 2004
> Logger.test Logger.test.cfg
