I iterated all the month names of IslamicCalendar in en_US:
month 0: Muharram
month 1: Safar
month 2: Rabi' I
month 3: Rabi' II
month 4: Jumada I
month 5: Jumada I
month 6: Rajab
month 7: Sha'ban
month 8: Ramadan
month 9: Shawwal
month 10: Dhu'l-Qi'dah
month 11: Dhu'l-Hijjah

Noticed that, month names for "Jumada al-awwal" (month 4) and "Jumada al-thani"
(month 5) are as same as "Jumada I". I would think it should be "Jumada II" for
the second. It appears to be a bug in
com.ibm.icu.impl.data.IslamicCalendarSymbols.java.
