Hi,

I was wondering whether aynone here can give some pionters or suggestions.
Did some research and found that ICU didn't include Lao part of their
locales.There are two incomplete Lao locales: mulelao and IBMCP-1133. I see
that there are two parts: ICU and ICU4. Can aynone tell me why one is the
right one..? I will create, hopefuly, the POSIX Lao locale and will be
include in glibc.
