There are a couple of typos in docs/hmrc.html that make a large part of the
page appear in bold face and the tail of the page appear in all bold italics.
Here's the fix.  BTW, is hmrc.html automatically derived from hmrc.4 or vice
versa?  If not, it's pretty easy to write nroff macros to do the job.  Are you
interested in such a thing?
