Comment:

 Fixed in changeset ab60a8e. It's not perfect but it's good enough for now.
 In an ideal world the browser would be notified of new emails in the
 thread by a COMET system (like socket.io), but it makes the installation
 and the dependencies '''way''' more complicated. For example we couldn't
 use Apache any more.
