    I've problems making my modem properly send faxes.
    
    The configuration is: hylafax-v3.0beta108 under Solaris2.4 (SS20) 
    with gcc-2.6.3.;
    Modem: USRobotics Courier V.32bis Dual Standard V.FC:

Configure the modem to use software flow control in Class 2.0.

FYI, to have \n recognized you must enclose the command string in "".
In this case however it's not needed, just use ATS13=1&D2.
