?I spent most of the day working on trying to get hylafax(w/t38modem) to send a fax \
through the gateway (Audiocodes/Mediant 1000).? Is anyone familiar with this setup or \
could point me in the right direction.? I checked the archives and did not find a \
solution.

My goal is to be able to send a fax from an email client to either another email \
client or to a t.30 fax machine and?vice versa.? I have t38relay set on the gateway, \
but it appear that the gateway is refusing the connection and I am not sure why atm.

Subject: [hylafax-users] Busy t38modem

I am having a problem while trying the loop back test for T38modem.

I have followed the instructions regarding setting up T38modem and verified that all \
processes are running.?

Faxgetty for both modems is running
Hylafax is running
T38modem is running
logging is enabled
both modems and FIFO are in the correct locations.

Everything looks good.? faxstat -s shows modems are ready, but when I send a test fax \
using sendfax, the logs show that the modem is busy and the fax sits in the queue, \
retrying every few seconds.

I have looked through the archives and web, but have not found a solution.

Can someone offer some help.

Thanks,
