First, make sure that you use a colon after DynamicConfig before the 
configuration value.  Like this:

DynamicConfig:  value

Second, please be aware that the value must be a shell script.  So if 
you want to use a tcl script then you'll want a small shell wrapper 
around it:

#!/bin/sh
/home/mi/bin/modemlog.tcl
exit $?

... hopefully that makes sense.
