Yes, this is the purpose of the FaxAccounting feature in HylaFAX+.  See:

http://hylafax.sourceforge.net/man/xferfaxlog.php

I've attached a sample FaxAccounting script that basically puts the 
xferfaxlog into a MySQL table.
