Details:

The current Linux ide driver only handles LBA28, i.e. 2^28 sectors = 128GB.
Sectors above can't be reached by GNU Mach, LBA48 is needed for this. That
means checking that the drive supports it (should anyway), and just use the
LBA48 versions of read/write. That should push the limit to 2TB, since sector
numbers are stored as unsigned ints
