In short, this is what this patch changes:

* New package hurd-doc that is Architecture: all.
* hurd-doc includes HTML output generated by makeinfo --html and registers itself in \
doc-base.  texi2html is better choice, but it's not part of the GNU project so I \
                didn't use it.
* hurd-dbg package that installs *.so.* files in /lib/debug
* /lib/hurd/hurd.msgids is part of hurd and rpctrace always includes it.  Though it \
is questionable what should be it's location.

Someone with more knowledge about Debian packaging and the Hurd package should look \
at it too.

Changing the current .diff.gz file is trivial.

* Actually add /lib/hurd/hurd.msgids.
* hurd, hurd-dev and hurd-dbg depend on `install', not `build'.
