just wanted to let those concerned, that httptunnel compiles 'out of the
box' with cygwin b20.
you will have to set up your installation of cygwin (i followed the readme
step-by-step for this, nothing special needed), you can get it from
sourceware.cygnus.com

from there just untar httptunnel and follow the standard installation...
 ie ./configure;make;make install)...
