Summary: DefaultElementFactory.createElementNS() slow

Initial Comment:
With v2.8, the method DefaultElementFactory.createElementNS() has become rather \
expensive in terms of run time (factor >75 on my machine).

The newly introduced loop at the beginning, which checks whether there is a JS \
ClassConfiguration for a certain tag name, is the hotspot. If such check is \
necessary, it can be optimized to work with a pre-calculated hash map \
(tagName->jsClassName) instead of a loop.
