Hello,

I am currently writing a driver for the HP environment and I've run into
a bit of a snag. The driver I'm developing will be simulating a disk
drive, but running off the PCI bus. Essentially I'm porting an existing
Solaris driver but I'm not quite sure how I would go about implementing
the disk geometry. Solaris uses a structure called dk_geom. It holds
such information as number of heads, number of sectors, disk capacity...
I have been unable to find something similar in the HP environment. I
did find one in the disktabs.h file but in the man page its use has been
discouraged. Would somebody be able to point me in the right direction
on where I can get a structure that is used now?

Thanks

Julie
