I found in /usr/include/sys/pthread.h the phtread_mutexattr_setspin_np call
that can be used to make a mutex always spinlock (setting the attr
to PTHREAD_MUTEX_SPINONLY_NP). I suppose this is the way to go on hpux,
right ?
