sure you have been told that aCC 3.30 was damn old, so I won't insist on
this one.
On the other hand, your aC++ runtime is too old.
I have checked that indeed the symbol is not in the lib delivered by
PHSS_21906, but is present into the next patch PHSS_22543.
  PHSS_22543    1.0            HP aC++ -AA runtime libraries (aCC A.03.30)

So please install at least PHSS_22543 to be OK with your link.

FYI, latest aC++ runtime is
  PHSS_28879    1.0            HP aC++ -AA runtime libraries (aCC A.03.50)
  PHSS_28880    1.0            HP aC++ -AA runtime libraries (aCC A.03.50)
given if you're on 11.0 or 11.i

whereas latest aC++ compiler is
  PHSS_29483            1.0            HP aC++ Compiler (A.03.52)
